1. 총칙| General Provisions

드림팩㈜(이하 “회사”)은 「개인정보 보호법」,GDPR(유럽 일반개인정보보호법),CPRA(캘리포니아 개인정보보호법) 등 국내외 관련 법규를 준수합니다. 회사의 홈페이지(www.dreampac.co.kr)는 회원가입 절차 없이 운영되며, 단순 열람 시 IP, 접속 로그/Access logs, 브라우저·기기 정보/Browser & device info, 쿠키/Cookies를 제외한 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 이외 개인정보는 문의(Online Inquiry Service), 전시회 상담 신청, 뉴스레터 구독 등 사용자가 자발적으로 제공한 경우에만 처리됩니다.

Dreampac corporation (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, the EU GDPR, the California CPRA, and other applicable domestic and international regulations. Our website (www.dreampac.co.kr) operates without requiring membership registration, and when browsing, it does not collect personal information other than IP address, access logs, browser and device information, and cookies.

Other personal information is only processed when voluntarily provided by users, such as through the Online Inquiry Service, exhibition consultation requests, or newsletter subscriptions.

3. 처리하는개인정보항목 | Categories of Personal Information

– 선택항목 | Optional: 관심 제품/Interested products, 상담·전시회 기록/Consultation or exhibition history

– 자동수집항목 | Automatically collected: IP, 접속 로그/Access logs, 브라우저·기기 정보/Browser & device info, 쿠키/Cookies

4. 법적근거 | Lawful Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

5. 개인정보보유기간 | Retention Period

– 문의·상담: 1년 | Inquiries/Consultation: 1 year
– 계약·거래: 10년 | Contracts/Transactions: 10 years
– 규제기관 제출자료: 법령 준수 | Regulatory submissions: As required by law
– 민원·A/S: 3년 | Customer Service/A·S: 3 years
– 접속 로그: 3개월 | Access logs: 3 months
※ 필요 시 수사·분쟁 해결을 위해 연장 가능 | May be extended for disputes or investigations

6. 개인정보제3자제공 | Provision to Third Parties

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
다만, 법령 근거, 규제기관 제출, 정보주체 동의가 있는 경우 예외적으로 제공할 수 있습니다.
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties by default.
Exceptions apply when required by law, for regulatory submissions, or with the subject’s consent.

7. 개인정보처리위탁 | Entrustment

– 수탁자 | Contractors: 국제 운송사, 국내 물류업체, IT 유지보수, 이메일 대행사
– 위탁업무 | Tasks: 배송, 시스템 관리, 고객지원, 뉴스레터 발송
– 보호조치 | Safeguards: 보안조항 계약, 재위탁 금지, 종료 시 즉시 파기

8. 개인정보국외이전 | Overseas Transfer

– 대상 | Recipients: 클라우드 서버(Microsoft, Google), 해외 규제기관(FDA, CE 등)
– 항목 | Items: 성명, 직책, 이메일, 연락처, 계약·등록 자료
– 보호조치 | Safeguards: 암호화, 접근 제한, 표준계약조항(SCC) 준수

9. 개인정보파기 | Data Destruction

– 보유기간 만료·목적 달성 시 즉시 파기
– 전자파일은 영구 삭제, 문서는 분쇄·소각
Data is destroyed immediately after retention periods expire or purposes are fulfilled.
Electronic files are permanently deleted; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

– 거부 방법: 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 거부, Google Opt-out Add-on 설치 가능
The Company uses Google Analytics to collect and analyze access logs, visited pages, and browser/device data.
Some data may be transferred to Google’s servers outside Korea (including the U.S.) and is used only for statistical and service improvement purposes.
